I definitely need more exercise.
I guess I didn't have enough exercise for the past few weeks, since I felt worn out after the soccer match from yesterday. I mean, yeah, it was pretty intense and stuff, but it only lasted for an hour or so.
Man, it's either that I'm getting old, or I'm getting too heavy =/
