Yeah, so a bunch of us got together again last night at around 8pm. Apparently it's the launch day of some game called Team Fortress. It is basically an upgrade based on Half-Life 2 engine, which is why the game play is fairly similar to Counter Strike, although the setting is a bit less realistic. Gameplay can be faily fast past or slower depending on the class you choose, which is just fine with me since I wasn't really good with the FPS game anyway. However, since everyone is pretty much starting out on the same level of familiarity with the game, I sort of mastered a class of unit by the end of the night (or more like early morning, since we played until 3am.)
After Team Fortress, we decided to switch to Supreme Commander again. It did took us sometime to pull ourself away from TF, though, and we did not begin playing SupCom, as commonly refered to, until two hours after we first came up with the suggesting to switch games. Anyway, we played a game, I got a bit better but not much, and our team lost as usual, given that I got confused with a few units at one point. Either way, it was 5am by the time we started packing up. It's insane, and it's great. I promise I'll be better the next time around.
