So, a new routine in my life.
Well, it's actually an old one, but I've just picked it up again after a break.
For those who've ride in my car before would know that I usually have my radio tuned to the country radio station. I guess part of the reason is that I look forward to those simple(?) life style.
For whatever reason, I've always envisioned myself as a rural/rough person, some weird crossover between a cowboy and a soldier. I guess that's because of the military culture that I've been immersed in since my childhood, which I'd think contributed a fair amount to my obsessive for order and regulation for almost everything. I do try to find some kind of hierarchy for whatever situation I am in, and designate people into categories. That should not be a good thing, I think.
Anyway, I have zero access to country music since I arrived in Singapore. Until last week, that is. It turned out that our favorite Champaign based country station broadcast on the internet as well. So here I am, listening to radio station in U-C, drinking juice from South Africa, reading news on BBC website, and eating Singaporean food. Well, that's globalization for you, but I have to say that I rather enjoy it.
