Wolf Can Fly, Too

Right, so, updates.

Well, it's not like there's much to update on.

I've been spending a lot of time in my lab gathering data, processing data, figure out that some of the data collected were not done correctly (since the result is so far off from published data, there must be something wrong,) and doing more experiments. Well, at least that's what I did for most of the day, anyway.

Not surprisingly, it has been a few days since my last "normal" conversation with any humankind apart from the customary "Hello" and "Good bye", and all those glorious small talk that you would forget the second you turn away from the conversation. Not like it really matters, though, since I was used to this since, well, let's see, since last December.

Somehow that reminds me of the song "Last Christmas," but then again, the lyrics doesn't really apply to my situation. I guess that's just part of who I am, and living by myself instead of my family does have some drawbacks. Either way, the weekend is coming, and I am looking forward to this weekend, since me and a few lab mates decided to go on a trip to Indonesia, which is just a short ferry trip away.

Well, at least I still get to go to the "Sunday Service" held on Saturday afternoon, and possibly a great meal tonight at some American restaurant tonight. We'll see how it goes. But before then, Ciao.
